6 Arboretum
Formally a family house established within a conservation area, we took the opportunity to draw on our extensive experience to convert the vacant building into a 12 bedroom luxury style house of multiple occupation suitable for the nearby employment opportunities and proximity to the City Centre.

Originally built in 1870’s and later added to over the 20th Century, the building was empty for a number of years before our client brought the scheme forward to create 39 stylish new apartments.

Listed Warehouse Conversion
This Grade II listed warehouse falls within the UNESCO world heritage site of the Derwent Valley Mills. Wilson Architects gained planning approval and listed building consent has been granted for 16, 2-bed apartments in the heart of Belper, Derbyshire.

Private Swimming Pool
This private Swimming Pool Extension, situated in Lincolnshire, was an excellent chance to provide substantial and personalised facilities that are suited to the clients’ needs.
Listed Building Extension
A Grade II Listed property built in 1820, Bradshaw House has been sensitively restored. Meeting the local housing need with small, one bedroom accommodation, the conversion saw all original ceilings, windows, openings and joinery retained.

Private Extension
This Lincoln property was a functional extension, allowing the family home to be a much more convenient living space. Featuring a new open plan living and dining room layout with bifold doors to admire a refurbished garden, the home also benefitted from 2 extra rooms, including a new master bedroom with dressing area, and a dormer and parapet roof extension.
House Reconfiguration
The project reconfiguration for this Nettleham residential involved transforming a 3-bedroom property into a 4-bed. The new design was to include a WFH Office, Utility Room and Gym, and the reconfiguration of one of the bedrooms into a large master ensuite.
Large Office to Residential
Based in Peterborough, Roadway House’s technical design is set to begin onsite in 2025. A 60-bed unit with mixed-use flats and HMOs, this residential development is set to repurpose a block of unused offices.

Bank Street in Lincoln saw a residential conversion from an office into 7 1-bed flats. Tenanted by students, and situated in a conservation area, the GDV yield was £250,000 on this collection of flats.

Purpose Built Student Accommodation
An early concept of a New Build Apartment block for Bradford.
Student Accommodation
The Marble Works was a change of use from an existing light industrial warehouse to a Sui Generis 59 bedroom student accommodation to supplement the student population in Derby.
Residential Housing
The Clarence Road site included demolishing an existing dwelling and developing the site for up to ten dwellings, including a private driveway that had access to four units.
Industrial Units
This Isle of Man project was an existing light industrial site. Wilson Architects helped convert the site into 6 commercial shed units, with parking and associated external works.
Locally Listed Building Conversion
This Lincoln Road property was a change of use from office (under class E) to 8x 1-bedroom apartments and 3x HMO Studio Apartments. Externals works included provision of a further vertical floor to facilitate this.
