Located in the conservation village of Egginton, this project has transformed a 1960’s bungalow into a contemporary residence suitable for the needs of a growing family.

Making the adjacent park a key focal point of the design with vaulted spaces, balconies and a flexible floor layout acted as a design generator throughout. 

Set back from the main village road, the site opens up to an oasis that transports the residence to a place to escape the daily hustle and bustle and provide a sense of calm.
