• Minimum 10 years’ industry experience
• CIAT qualified preferable but not essential
• Proficient at Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office
• Full, clean driving license and access to transport
• Proficiency and strong knowledge with current UK Building Regulations
• Experience with detailing common solutions to junctions/interfaces
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working on residential projects with contract value between £500k – £5m
• Excellent time management skills
• Has a natural drive and proactive personality to keep projects moving
• Experience managing workload and prioritising tasks
• Team player mentality
